A Remote Island Escape – Wild, Rugged, and Unforgettable

Departing from Egmont, we cruise up Agamemnon Channel and out into the Strait of Georgia on a scenic run toward Jedediah Island. Tucked between Texada and Lasqueti, Jedediah is a remote marine park known for its wild coastline, quiet beaches, and surprising wildlife.

Spend the day exploring old-growth forests, rocky bluffs, open pastures, and beaches. Wild goats and sheep roam the island, and scattered through the trees are abandoned farm buildings that hint at the island’s homestead past. It’s a place full of natural beauty and history, perfect for walking, relaxing, or just soaking it all in.

On the way back, we’ll slow down and drop lines to try our luck fishing before cruising home.
